I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Dormy Inn Kobe Motomachi Natural Hot Springs. The hot spring on the 14th floor was a true delight, and I appreciated the complimentary ramen and ice popsicles offered in the evenings, a perfect way to unwind.
The pillows were a bit firm for my liking.

absolutely disapointing stay at dormy inn! the water in the onsen smelled like chlorine – how charming. and the towels at the front desk? what was i supposed to do—bring my own? they really should offer a complimentary gesture for the hassle. it’s a shame, because i almost considered a good review, but just couldn’t.

Family getaway bliss
The onsen was a revelation! Each evening, we soaked in the natural hot springs on the roof, feeling like we had found our own secret escape. On top of that, after a long day, the complimentary ramen was surprisingly good, hitting just the right spot!
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but I can assure you the experience was worth every penny.

Great location near Chinatown and public transport. The onsen was fantastic, loved the massage chairs! Free laundry facilities were a lifesaver—good timing if you're traveling heavy!
Parking fees feel like a money pit, and a rogue candy wrapper on the sofa? Not exactly five-star treatment!

Fantastic staff made my stay delightful! The rooftop onsen was the perfect escape after exploring the nearby vibrant shopping areas. The late-night ramen was such a thoughtful touch.
It would be great if towels were available directly at the onsen instead of having to request them at the front desk.

The hotel features a natural onsen on the roof, allowing for outdoor relaxation. The location is excellent, just a short walk to colorful Chinatown and the port park. I especially appreciated the late evening free soup noodles, which were a delightful treat after long days of meetings.
The only downside was that the pillows provided were a bit hard and small for my comfort.

I loved the large onsen experience and the complimentary ramen after a long day! The room was spacious for Japan and the free massage chairs added a nice touch. However, bringing my towel to the onsen was a hassle. I would definitely stay here again!

The breakfast buffet offered a delicious variety, including smoothies, which started each day right. Enjoying the rooftop onsen at night was rejuvenating, especially after exploring the vibrant nearby shopping streets. However, the pillows were a bit too firm for my comfort, and the parking fees felt excessive. There was also a lack of free towels for the onsen, which would have been helpful.
